In the email templates, there is now a preview function that shows how the appointment confirmation will appear to the user. This supports creation and helps with visualization.

Previously, individual forms could be created for appointment calendars and projects, which users had to fill out during the appointment booking process. Now, individual forms for appointment reasons (services) are also possible.

When creating events in the event calendar, the duration can be specified. If this is done, the duration will now also be displayed when booking the event.

With the Data Management module, old appointment and customer data can be deleted either manually or automatically. In addition to the existing options, user accounts with appointments older than a selected date can now also be deleted.

The Import module allows the importing of a large number of users who can then book appointments. Owners of these new user accounts can now be automatically sent an email with a specially prepared link, which leads to a page where a password for the account can be set. This way, passwords do not need to be sent in plain text via email.

Custom placeholders and texts can be created for use in the user interface, forms, and emails. To make them easier to use, there is now a menu in the forms to display and select the placeholders. This can be useful if customers speak different languages and the form needs to be multilingual during the appointment booking process.

Blocking Appointment Times

The function for blocking appointment times is very complex and allows for detailed setting of unavailable times. You can set start times for blocking and repetitions. To keep the function clear, a simple mode is activated by default, which, however, comes with some limitations. For those who desire more flexibility, the advanced mode can now be independently activated, enabling even more extensive settings.

Webex Meetings

With the "Meetings" feature, a meeting is created with the meeting provider of your choice as soon as customers book an appointment with you. Webex has now been added to the list of providers. Your customers receive the meeting link in the confirmation email and can join the session with a simple click. As the calendar operator, you have no additional work, as the meeting is created automatically.

Event Details with Direct Link

When using the Event Calendar, all available events are displayed in a list. The individual events can now be directly accessed via a link. This allows you to link directly to events on your website or in emails.

Holidays

For Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we have configured all holidays, so you only need to activate them. In the appointment calendar, these days will be blocked and cannot be booked. To provide a clearer view in the administration area of which days are holidays, not only is the name of the holiday displayed, but it can also now be highlighted with a user-chosen color.

Google Calendar Synchronization

Your appointments are synchronized with your Google Calendar every fifteen minutes. To ensure you receive your new appointments even faster, appointments are now synchronized with the Google Calendar immediately after booking.

Reducing Appointment Duration

Some operators have the need to retrospectively increase or decrease the duration of an appointment booking. Increasing was already possible, and now decreasing is as well. It can be configured in which increments these changes should be possible.

Checkbox in the Admin Area

In the admin area, the operator can create a form that customers must fill out during the appointment booking. The data is then visible in the appointment details for both the customer and the operator. If only the operator should be able to see and fill in certain fields, there are now checkboxes available for this purpose.

Hide Unavailable Days

Depending on how much information is displayed in the calendar in the admin area, the view can become quite wide and confusing. Therefore, it is now possible to activate the automatic hiding of unavailable days. This occurs, for example, when all appointment times for a day have been blocked or when it is a public holiday.

Coloring or Hiding Appointment Reasons

The appointment reasons or services have received two new functions. Firstly, each appointment reason can now be assigned an individual color. Secondly, appointment reasons can be hidden. The assigned color ensures that appointments booked with this reason are visually highlighted in the admin area. The hidden appointment reason allows making it unavailable for customers without having to delete it outright.

Lists and Information

The "Reports & Statistics" module has received a small extension, now offering two new lists. The Calendar List displays the date of the last booked appointment, and the Employee List shows the date of the last login. This function primarily serves for administration and provides a better overview of the events in the appointment calendar.

Transferring Appointments to Other Customers

Customers can transfer their own appointments to another customer. To do this, a customer selects one or more of their own appointments and enters the email address of the other customer. The other customer then receives an email with information and a link. Clicking on the link transfers the appointments.
