Group Appointment Reasons in a Project

1. Click Configuration in the navigation.
2. Click Projects in the submenu.
3. Click the project.
4. Check Show appointment calendars together.
5. Check Show one calendar randomly.
6. Check Select calendar by appointment reason.
7. Check Select a random grouped appointment reason.
8. Click Appointment reasons in the submenu.
9. Scroll down and click Group appointment reasons.
10. Drag one appointment reason onto another.
11. All related appointment reasons are now grouped.
