Appointment transfer allows a customer to transfer their booked appointment to another person via an email link.
How it works
- The customer opens their appointment and initiates the transfer
- The system sends a link to the new person (with name and email address)
- The new person takes over the appointment with their own details
Use cases
- An employee cannot attend the appointment and transfers it to a colleague
- Gift voucher recipients attend the appointment booked by the giver
