A blocked time is a period in which customers cannot make bookings.
Configuration
- Name: Freely selectable label (visible only internally or publicly, depending on the setting)
- CSS class: For individual color display in the calendar
- Single blocked time: One-time, freely selectable period (e.g. vacation from August 1 to 15)
- Recurring blocked times: Hourly, daily, weekly, biweekly (every 14 days), every 21 days, monthly, yearly
- Display: In the frontend (customer view), in the backend (admin area) or in both
- Buffer time: Automatic blocked time after each appointment (e.g. 15 minutes for cleaning or preparation)
Two setup modes
- Simple: Guided input with a preconfigured start date
- Advanced: Free choice of the start date for more complex repeat rules
Advanced functions
- Copy: Existing blocked times can be duplicated
- Global block: A blocked time can be entered for all calendars at once
- Filtering: The list of blocked times in the admin area can be filtered by the reason for blocking
