The credit account module (also "Creditaccount") enables a prepaid system for appointment bookings: customers have an hour credit that is used up when booking appointments.
How it works
- The credit is kept in hours
- The administrator tops up a customer's credit manually
- Before a booking, the system checks whether there is sufficient credit; otherwise the booking is blocked
- Customers see their current credit balance in their customer profile
- Credit groups: Customers can be assigned to groups to define different credit or access rules for different customer groups
Typical use cases
- Coaching packages (e.g. "buy 10 hours of coaching and use them as needed")
- Lessons and tutoring (hour packages)
- Personal training (package sales with advance purchase)
