The data export function lets you export booking and customer data from the system into external formats.
Export formats
- CSV: Comma-separated text file for further processing
- Microsoft Excel (.xls/.xlsx): Opens directly in Excel
- OpenDocument (.ods): For LibreOffice and OpenOffice
- Lemniscus Excel: Special format for the Lemniscus platform
- Doctorbox CSV: Format for the Doctorbox practice software
- iCalendar (.ics): Appointments for calendar applications
Configurable options
- Selection of the fields to export (configurable columns)
- Date range filter (by appointment time or booking time)
- Customer number in the export (for matching in accounting systems)
