Easybill is a German online invoicing and billing program. The Easybill integration for Appointmind enables invoices to be created automatically when appointments are booked.
How it works
- A customer books an appointment (online or via the admin area)
- The system automatically transfers the booking data to Easybill
- In Easybill, a customer profile is created (if it does not exist yet) and an invoice is generated
- The invoice contains the appointment date, calendar name, price and VAT rate

- API key for the Easybill connection
- Default price per appointment booking
- VAT rate
Data that is transferred
- Customer data: first name, last name, email, company, address, ZIP code, city, country
- Appointment data: date, calendar name
Easybill is a paid third-party service and must be subscribed to separately.
