fincrm is a German CRM system (customer relationship management). The fincrm integration enables the automatic transfer of customer and appointment data from the booking system to the fincrm CRM.
Establishing the connection
The integration uses OAuth2 for secure authorization:
- A new OAuth application is created in fincrm (under Settings > OAuth Apps)
- The API URL, client ID and client secret are entered in Appointmind
- Clicking "Grant permission" authorizes the connection via the OAuth2 handshake
Transferred data
- Automatically: first name, last name, email address
- Configurable via field mapping: address, ZIP code, city, country, phone, mobile phone, salutation, date of birth and custom form fields
How it works
Customer data is synchronized to fincrm regularly via a cron job. fincrm is a paid third-party service.
