The "Automatic follow-up appointment" function automatically books a configurable number of further follow-up appointments at configurable intervals after a completed appointment. For customers who frequently book follow-up appointments, the system remembers previous entries to speed up the booking process.
Configuration parameters
- Number of follow-up appointments to create automatically
- Time interval between the appointments (e.g. every 4 weeks)
- Frequency (e.g. weekly, monthly)
- Auto-cancel: Follow-up appointments are automatically canceled when the original appointment is canceled
- Auto-reschedule: Follow-up appointments are rescheduled too when the original appointment is moved

- Regular therapy sessions (e.g. a physiotherapy course of 6 sessions)
