Group appointment reasons

Appointment reasons can be combined into groups to give customers a clearer structure when selecting the reason for their booking.

Syntax

To assign an appointment reason to a group, the group name followed by an arrow (->) is placed in front of the actual appointment reason name:

``` Group name -> Appointment reason name ```

Example

• Massage -> Classic massage 60 min.
• Massage -> Hot stone massage 90 min.
• Consulting -> Free initial consultation
• Consulting -> Follow-up consultation 45 min.

In the booking form, the appointment reasons are then displayed under their respective group headings, which makes selection much easier when there are many appointment reasons.

Use cases

• Wellness studios with many types of treatment
• Practices with different specialties or treatment groups
• Consulting firms with different service categories
• Sports facilities with several sports or course types

The grouping syntax applies across all calendars and can be combined with the color assignment for appointment reasons.
