The mailing module is an integrated system for sending emails to selected customer groups, directly from the booking system, without external newsletter software.
Creating a mailing
- Subject and body text (with placeholders for user and appointment data)
- Scheduled sending time (date and time)
Recipient selection
- All active users
- Users with future appointments
- Users with past appointments
- Users with mandatory fields in appointments that have not been filled out yet
Status
- Mailings can be marked as "ready to send" or "not ready to send"
- Only mailings marked as ready to send are sent at the scheduled time
Use cases
- Announcing special offers or dates
- Notification of system changes
- Reminders about incomplete booking data
