How it works
- The operator connects the booking system to the video meeting provider via OAuth
- For each appointment reason, you can configure whether a meeting should be created
- With every booking, a meeting is automatically created, updated or deleted on cancellation
- The meeting link is inserted into confirmation and reminder emails via the placeholder
{meeting}, for both customers and staff - At the time of the appointment, the customer and staff member click the link and join the virtual meeting
