The payment module integrates online payments directly into the booking process. Customers can make a prepayment before or after booking.
Supported payment providers
- PayPal: Payment via PayPal account or credit card through PayPal
- Stripe: Secure credit card payment (public key + secret key required)
- Digistore24: German billing system that supports direct debit, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal and credit card; the form ID of the Digistore24 product is entered
Timing of the payment request (configurable)
- Before booking: Payment must be made before the booking is completed
- After booking: The appointment is booked first, then the customer is asked to pay
Other functions
- Automatic appointment cancellation: Unpaid appointments are automatically canceled after a configurable period (with an email notification to the customer)
- Payment reminder: An email reminder can be sent a configurable number of hours after booking
- Prices per appointment reason: Prices can be configured globally or per calendar for each appointment reason individually
- Multi-currency support: Different currencies with configurable exchange rates
- Payment history: The admin sees all confirmed, pending and failed payments with transaction ID and status
