The "Preferred customers" module makes it possible to grant certain customers privileged access to the booking system.
Automatic marking as preferred
- After a configurable number of appointments within a period
- After a minimum time has passed since the last booking
- After a minimum time has passed since registration
Privileges of preferred customers
- Exemption from the enforced gap avoidance mode (can also book "unfavourable" slots)
- Exemption from the daily maximum limit for the number of bookings
- Exemption from the daily maximum limit for booking duration
Manual control
- The service provider can manually set or remove preferred status for individual customers
The module is particularly useful for service providers with loyal regular customers who want to reward experienced customers with more booking freedom.
