Price categories allow different price levels for bookings within the same system.
How it works
- The operator creates named price categories (e.g. "Standard", "Reduced", "Members")
- Categories can be assigned to individual calendars
- A separate price is configured for each appointment reason and price category
- The customer selects their category when booking
Use cases
- Customer group: Regular rate vs. reduced rate (students, seniors, members)
- Booking type: Single booking vs. package rate
- Seasonal: Cheaper off-peak bookings
