A recurring appointment is an appointment that repeats at regular intervals. Series can be created both by the customer when booking and by the administrator directly in the admin area.
Repeat options
- Frequency: Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
- Interval: e.g. every 2 weeks or every 3 months
- Limit: By a maximum number of appointments or an end date
Behavior in case of conflicts
- Time slots within the series that are already taken are skipped or appended to the end of the series (configurable)
Email notification
- When a series of appointments is booked, all individual appointments of the series are listed in the confirmation email to the customer
Calendar integration
- Recurring appointments are fully synchronized with Google Calendar and CalDAV systems
