The texts module makes it possible to edit all text elements of the booking system directly from the admin area, without access to language files or the web server.
Editable text groups
- New appointment: Subject and text of the confirmation email to the customer, the operator and the employee
- Appointment data changed: Email texts for appointment changes
- Appointment canceled: Email texts for cancellations (by customers or the operator)
- Appointment rescheduled: Email texts for rescheduling
- Appointment reminder: Subject and text of the reminder email
- Manual appointment confirmation: Text of the confirmation request
- Appointment outcome: Follow-up email after the appointment
- User account deleted: Notification email
- Miscellaneous: Other system texts
Advanced functions
- Language selection: Texts can be overridden individually per language
- Calendar-specific: Texts can be changed globally for all calendars or only for a specific calendar
- Placeholders: Available placeholders (e.g.
{name},{date},{mail_signature}) are displayed and can be used in the text - Email signature: A uniform signature is automatically inserted at the end of all emails (or placed manually via the
{mail_signature}placeholder) - Custom placeholders: Additional user-defined placeholders can be created
