The voucher module (also called the "coupon module") provides a complete voucher system for online appointment scheduling.
Functions
- Manual voucher creation: Vouchers are created by the service provider and sent to customers by email
- Bonus vouchers: Automatic voucher generation after a configurable number of completed appointments
- Voucher subscriptions: Recurring voucher delivery by email at configurable intervals (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
- Passing vouchers on: Customers can forward vouchers they have received to third parties by email
- Expiry date: Vouchers can be given an expiry date; automatic expiry reminder emails can be configured
- Redemption tracking: The system logs when and by whom a voucher was redeemed
- Statistics: Evaluation of voucher usage
- PDF generation: Vouchers can be created as a PDF file and sent or downloaded
- Integration with bonus points: When a voucher is redeemed, the appointment can optionally be excluded from the bonus points calculation
- System email integration: Vouchers can be automatically attached to other system emails (e.g. birthday email, activation email)
