The WooCommerce module connects the appointment scheduling system with an online shop based on WooCommerce.
How it works
- On certain shop events (e.g. a completed order), WooCommerce sends an HTTP POST webhook to the booking system
- The booking system authenticates the request using a secret key
- An appointment is then automatically created in the system
Use cases
- Customers buy a service in the WooCommerce shop and automatically receive an appointment
- Package offers (e.g. "Buy 5 training sessions") with automatic appointment booking
