You can send a friendly reminder email to customers who have never booked an appointment or who have not booked an appointment for a longer period of time, and bring yourself back to their attention.
You can send the customers a message once or repeatedly. The emails contain a link for unsubscribing from these emails. Optionally you can ask the customers to state the reason for unsubscribing.
