Our online appointment scheduling lets you process payments directly through the platform. You can offer your customers various payment providers without having to sign up separately with several providers.

Available Payment Providers

• Digistore24: Accepts credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer and direct debit.
• PayPal: Payment directly via the PayPal account.
• Stripe: Convenient and secure payment by credit card.

How It Works

You can specify when the customer is prompted to pay:

• After completing the booking: The customer receives a payment request after reserving the appointment. Optionally, a reminder email can be sent if the payment is not made.
• Directly after selecting date and time: The customer pays before completing the booking.

Automatic Cancellation for Non-Payment

If a customer does not pay on time, the appointment can be canceled automatically. A corresponding notification is sent to the customer, including a note that they can book a new appointment.

Payment Management

All payments are recorded clearly. You can check the payment status, send payment reminders or test transactions. This gives you full control over incoming payments and open bookings.
