Reviews with Proven Expert

After every appointment, Appointmind automatically sends an email to the end customer with a link to the review survey on Proven Expert.

So that the end customer goes straight to the right survey, Appointmind queries the Proven Expert interface and inserts the correct link into the email. In addition, the end customer's name and email address are transferred, so that the Proven Expert admin interface immediately shows who submitted a review.

The subject and text of the email can be adapted to your needs. You can also define the sending time and sending frequency.
