Appointment Notifications by Text Message (SMS)

With our SMS notification feature you can reach your customers directly on their mobile phone and make sure appointments are kept. The feature covers both reminders and confirmations for booked appointments.

How it works

• Appointment confirmation:
  After booking, your customers receive a text message confirming their appointment.
• Appointment reminder:
  Before the appointment you can automatically send a reminder text message to your customers so that no appointment is forgotten.
• Account activation by SMS:
  Customers can activate their account directly with an SMS code in order to book appointments.
• Notifications for staff:
  Optionally, your staff can also be notified by text message when a new appointment is booked, rescheduled or canceled.

Settings and options

• Sending time:
  Choose how many days or hours before the appointment the text message is sent.
• Sender name:
  The name shown in the text message can be set individually.
• Country code:
  Make sure the correct country code is stored for your customers.
• Test sending:
  You can test sending text messages at any time to make sure messages arrive correctly.

SMS notification is a convenient way to automate communication with your customers, reduce no-shows and increase satisfaction.
