Module "User Behaviour"

With this module you can log user behaviour. The system records:

• when the customer has the activation email sent again
• does not fill in the booking form correctly
• resets their password
• does not enter the correct details when logging in
• when the customer last logged in
• views their profile, changes their customer data
• views their appointment list, selects a calendar
• selects an appointment reason, browses through the calendar weeks
• selects an appointment time
• books an appointment.

This information helps with questions and problems that customers have when using the online appointment scheduling.
