The day view is a calendar view that shows all appointments of a single day in chronological order. It is the most detailed of the three calendar views and ideal for operational daily planning.
Features
- Hourly timeline with exact appointment blocks
- Booked appointments, blocked times and free slots are clearly separated from each other
- Appointment duration is visible from the block height
- Clicking a free slot directly opens the input form for a new admin appointment

- Checking your own daily schedule in the morning
- Creating or moving a customer appointment afterwards
- Checking blocked times (e.g. lunch break)
- Overview for staff at the front desk or in the back office
Distinction
- Day view: One day, maximum level of detail
- Week view: Seven days, medium level of detail
- Month view: Entire month, low level of detail
Together with the week view and the month view, the day view is one of the three main modes in the appointment calendar.
