ProvenExpert is a German review platform for businesses and self-employed professionals where verified customer reviews can be collected and displayed publicly. ProvenExpert was founded in Berlin in 2011 and is aimed particularly at service providers, consultants and freelancers in German-speaking countries.
Integration in the appointment scheduling system
After a completed appointment, the system automatically sends a review request by email to the customer. The included link leads directly to the review survey on the service provider's ProvenExpert profile. The interface transmits the customer's name and email address, so the ProvenExpert management interface immediately shows who submitted a review.
Configurable parameters
- Subject and text of the review request can be customized
- Sending time: e.g. directly after the appointment or on the next day
- Sending frequency: e.g. only for the first appointment or for every appointment
- Which appointment reasons trigger a review request
Why reviews matter
Verified reviews strengthen the trust of new customers. The ProvenExpert review widgets can be embedded on your own website and increase the conversion rate on the booking page.
